Here was a nice trade in natural gas futures after stops were triggered. #natgas This provides a good example of what it looks like when a stop gets triggered. Oftentimes stops are triggered at the END of rotations. If the market is rotating and you see stops triggered at the range extremes, odds are in your favor of a reversal.
On the other hand, if the market is trending and stops get triggered on a breakout to a new high/low, odds are the trend will be continuing.
